Ordering Information:
1. Please include all information (name, address, credit card, email) upon checkout to ensure proper delivery. Verify that all information given is correct. Daisy's Baby Cakes can not be held responsible for any delivery issues due to incorrect or missing address information.
2. If you are having trouble with the shopping cart, please let us know at [email protected].
3. If you would prefer to order over the phone or via email, please give us a call Monday-Friday between 9am and 6pm EST or send us an email message and we will call you back. Once the order is placed, we will send you an invoice via email for payment.
**Be advised that this will prolong the process (non credit card payments need to clear before shipment of products) and is not recommended for orders that are needed quickly.**
Shipping Information:
1. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing of your order once it has been placed. Shipping is then calculated based on the carriers delivery times and schedules. Once shipped, we will email you the shipment date and tracking number so you can always know where your order is.
2. UPS /FedEx Ground are used for shipment of our products and signature is required upon delivery to ensure all products arrive at its destination.
